Group Training Programmes
Our stress resilience training programmes are fully customisable to meet your unique and specific needs. The training programme is designed to minimise disruption to normal business operations and teach your employees nine different stress eliminating techniques. These range from physiological techniques such as simple diaphragmatic breathing, to psychological techniques such as anchoring and purely technological solutions like binaural brainwave entrainment.
The standard corporate programme consists of three half day sessions scheduled over a 28 day period. The programme covers - detecting your stress, releasing your stress and living to avoid stress. Three stress resilience techniques are taught in each session and supporting workbooks, training CD's and email coaching are provided to each trainee.
The nine stress resilience techniques covered in the programme include:

Stress Resilience Workshop
Is designed for small groups of key employees (typically 8-12) and provides the most individual attention of the training programmes. It consists of:
- Personal stress report
- Confidential telephone debriefing of the stress report
- 3 half day group training sessions
- Personal 28 day stress resilience programme workbook
- Personal audio CD set of all techniques covered on the programme
- 90 days of email coaching
- 28 days of unlimited email support
- Personal one-to-one coaching session on completion of the training

Stress Resilience Seminar
Is designed for larger groups (typically 16-50) and provides al the core content of the workshop programme, but without the individual attention. It consists of:
- 3 half day group training session
- Personal 28 day stress resilience programme workbook
- Personal audio CD set of all techniques covered on the programme
- 90 days of email coaching
