| Corporate Services Our corporate services cover three main areas:
Before we work with any client we need to know the extent of their stress problem so that we can provide the most effective and cost efficient solution. A typical programme would start with an executive briefing to raise awareness of the overall situation relating to workplace stress and an understanding of the financial and legal liability the organisation could be facing if nothing is done to comply with the HSE requirement for workplace stress. This would then result in a workplace stress audit, which is conducted using the HSE approved methodology. In addition to the HSE requirements, a social stress survey of all employees is conducted to identify the degree of stress being experienced by employees outside of the workplace. |

| This allows for a more balanced approach when looking for the root cause of workplace stress. It also allows for the delivery appropriate stress resilience training to those employees who have demonstrated a higher need. We recommend that the training be offered to all employees to demonstrate due diligence, and protect the confidentiality of those we have identified as being in most need.
The workplace stress assessment report provides a detailed analysis of the organisations specific situation in relation to the mandated HSE audit and the broader issues of the level of social stress experience by employees.
